Strategic Benefit Planning

In order to assist employers with their benefits planning, EBA has created their Thrive approach to strategic benefit planning.  This approach consists of a three-step process to create a living and sustainable long-term benefits strategy.  By developing long-term goals with actionable items, we are able to help our clients and build a better plan together.

Compliance

One of the biggest mistakes an employer can make is to do nothing to ensure that they are compliant with federal laws that relate to their health and welfare benefit plans.  Receiving a letter from the Department of Labor (DOL) is enough to throw even the seasoned HR into a tailspin.  EBA works with and educates employers to ensure compliance with federal regulations such as COBRA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA and Section 125 Cafeteria Plans.
